The NetSuite Sandbox is not Syncing
Answer:
NetSuite has a feature in which a NetSuite Sandbox or test account is unable to auto-sync. This is so that the sandbox data does not get mixed with production data. The sync can be enabled, however, you have to manually perform the sync. NetSuite doesn't allow a schedule of every 15 minutes in the sandbox account.
