Goal:
QuickBooks Online Sync Bills Spinning Icon/Arrows
You will notice that in Procurify, the Bills are marked as Pending, and the sync icon will be spinning endlessly. You can verify by completing the steps listed below.
Steps:
Navigate to Accounts Payable → Manage Bills
Click the Approved tab to see approved bills.
Each Bill has a Sync Status where you can view if a Sync is complete.
If the Bills appear to be stuck in endless sync, please wait. The system will automatically re-attempt a sync periodically.
