how to add new users to Punchout groups in Procurify
adding users to Procurify PunchOut groups
You must be a Superuser or have custom permission to PunchOut Supplier Settings to complete the following steps.
Steps:
Navigate to Settings → PunchOut Suppliers
Select the View button under the applicable PunchOut
Click the options button
next to the PunchOut Group and click Edit Group
Click Edit next to the Group Access field
Use the checkboxes to select users to assign access to this PunchOut group. Use the search field to type in and locate users as needed.
To invite all users, click Select all users.
Click Save
Click Complete Integration.
