Steps:
Receive your spending card: Once issued, a virtual card is available immediately, and a physical card typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. If you have a virtual card, you can begin spending. If you have a physical card, follow the steps below.
Activate your card: Open the app, click the Active Now button, and enter the last 4-digits of the card number and expiry date to activate it.
Request funds and make purchases: Submit a fund request for the amount needed. When approved, funds are added to your card, and you can make your purchase. Click here to learn how to request funds.
