Permissions are used to define user access to nearly all of Procurify. It is possible to change permissions within an employee's role, edit permissions, Add or remove permissions for a certain staff member, Update permissions for a single user, Customize a user's role, customize settings page
This is can be used to:
Hide unused features such as Travel Requests or Spending Carts
Configure the Settings Page and only allow access to certain settings
If you don't see specific permissions within each module, please reach out to a Procurify representative to have it enabled on your domain.
Steps:
You must be a Superuser or have custom permission to Manage Users settings to complete the following steps.
Navigate to Settings β Manage Users
ββClick the applicable user
Click the Roles & Permissions tab
Select Edit Permissions
βIn the pop-up, toggle between the General and Settings tabs and check/uncheck applicable permissions
Click Apply to save changes.
