Goal:
Update or change the role of an existing user.
Steps:
Navigate to Settings → Manage Users
Select the applicable user
Navigate to the Roles & Permissions tab on the user's profile page
Select Switch Role to change the user's role
Select the role to assign to this user.
Select the Apply Role once done.
Additional Information:
Remember to assign the user's Location Access for each Permission within the new Role. See How to Adjust a User's Location Access for further info.
