You must be a Superuser or have custom permissions to access Settings to perform the following steps.
Steps:
Navigate to Settings → Customize Request for Order Form.
At the top of the screen, you will see the Blanket order toggle. Use the toggle to enable or disable the feature.
Additional Information:
Blanket purchase orders will be enabled by default.
