The Dashboard's recent activity section displays the latest or the most current audit log records for the user. The recent activity section includes:
Approved orders
Purchase orders
Received orders
If the user has the following permission settings while assigned to the correct Location/Department, a list of items will appear in chronological order listing the current status of those orders (pending, waiting for purchase, etc.). Due to customization, your interface text may differ. In this article, we are using the default labels Location and Department. Learn more here.
The 'Recent Activity' section covers the past 14 days or up to 50 activities.

If a user can see items not belonging to their respective department, please contact your Customer Success Manager, and inform that the Receive by Location feature is off.
