Summary (TL;DR):
The Rillet Integration connects Procurify to Rillet, an AI-native Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system built for modern finance teams. The Rillet Integration syncs approved Bills from the Procurify Accounts Payable (AP) module into Rillet, and brings Vendors and Account Codes from Rillet into Procurify. Because spend is requested, approved, and coded in Procurify first, the data that reaches the Rillet general ledger is already accurate and ready to close.
Key Benefits
Compliance: Every Bill that syncs to Rillet has already passed through your Procurify approval workflows, so your ledger only receives approved, correctly coded spend with a full audit trail.
Speed: Approved Bills sync to Rillet automatically, which removes manual double entry and supports a continuous close in Rillet instead of a month-end scramble.
Visibility: Sync Status and Sync Errors display directly on Bills in Procurify, and the payment status of each Bill stays aligned between Procurify and Rillet.
How does the Rillet Integration work?
Your team requests, approves, and receives spend in Procurify, then processes the resulting Bills in the Procurify AP module. Once a Bill is approved, the Rillet Integration sends that Bill to Rillet so your general ledger stays up to date. At the same time, the Rillet Integration keeps your Vendors and Account Codes in Procurify matched to the records in Rillet.
What data syncs between Procurify and Rillet?

Account Codes | Rillet to Procurify | Included | Your Rillet chart of accounts populates Account Codes in Procurify. |

Reimbursable Expense Bills | Procurify to Rillet | Optional | Each employee who receives a Reimbursement must be set up as a Vendor in Rillet. |
Credit Card Reconciliation Bills | Procurify to Rillet | Optional | Each credit card provider must be set up as a Vendor in Rillet. |

Which invoice attachments sync to Rillet?
Rillet accepts one PDF attachment under 30 MB per Bill. The Rillet Integration syncs the primary invoice attachment on each Bill when that attachment meets these requirements. All other file types and sizes that Procurify supports stay in Procurify.
Attachment | Syncs to Rillet? |
Primary invoice attachment that is a single PDF under 30 MB | Yes |
Primary invoice attachment that is not a PDF, or is 30 MB or larger | No, the attachment stays in Procurify |
Any additional attachments on the Bill | No, the attachments stay in Procurify |
How do I choose where Bills get paid?
The Rillet Integration supports one payment option per organization. Your team selects the payment option during onboarding.
Payment Option | Best For | Result |
Pay in Procurify with Bill Pay (recommended for Bill Pay users) | Organizations that pay Vendors through Procurify Bill Pay | Payment records sync from Procurify to Rillet. |
Pay in Rillet | Organizations that pay Vendors directly in Rillet | The paid status of each Bill syncs from Rillet back to Procurify. |
Does the Rillet Integration support taxes and line-level details?
Yes. To sync tax information, populate your Procurify Tax Types with your Rillet tax codes by navigating to Settings > Organization > Country Tax Codes. The Rillet Integration also supports mapping to Rillet line-level segments, such as Subsidiaries, Departments, and Projects, which your team configures during onboarding.
How do I check whether a Bill synced to Rillet?
Open the Bill in Procurify to view the Sync Status for that Bill. If a Bill fails to sync to Rillet, Procurify displays a Sync Error message on the Bill that describes the issue. Review the Sync Error message, correct the Bill or the related record, and contact Procurify Support if the Sync Error persists.
How is the Rillet Integration set up?
The Procurify onboarding team connects and configures the Rillet Integration for you, so the connection is not self-serve. Before the Rillet Integration can be connected, your organization provides the items below.
Requirement | Details |
Optional sync choices | Decide which optional data flows and which payment option your organization needs. |
Shared service email | A shared, active email address (for example, [email protected]) that is set up as a Superuser in Procurify. |
Rillet API key | A Rillet Application Programming Interface (API) key with read and write access. Share the Rillet API key with the Procurify onboarding team through a secure method only. |
Rillet environment type | Confirm whether the Rillet environment is a sandbox or a live environment. |
