Mark Bills as Synced lets you manually set a bill's sync status when it can't be synced through the normal integration path. This is only applicable if you have a Bills integration setup through Procurify.
This is useful when:
A bill was already created directly in your ERP
A bill is stuck in a sync error that can't be resolved
Once marked, the bill is locked from any further sync attempts, including attachment and payment syncs.
Payment for a marked-as-synced bill will need to be recorded manually in the ERP.
When Should I Use Mark Bills as Synced?
Use this feature when you need to align the sync status between Procurify and your ERP without filing a support ticket. Common scenarios include:
A bill was manually entered in your ERP, and it also exists in Procurify
A bill has a sync error that cannot be resolved, and the bill has already been processed in the ERP
You need to reconcile data between systems at the month-end
How to Mark a Bill as Synced
Select the bill you want to mark, then click the More Actions menu. Choose Mark as Synced.
You can also access this action from the sync error modal on a bill with a sync error.

After marking a bill as synced, you'll see the updated sync status as “Marked as synced”. When you click into the sync status, you can see who marked this bill as synced.
