What happens if I exceed the seat limit in my account?

If you exceed the seat limit on your Procurify account, you will not be immediately blocked from adding more users. Instead, Procurify will issue an order form for the difference between the quantities purchased in the existing Order Form and the actual usage reflected in the True Up section of our Terms.

You will be charged based on Procurify’s then-current unit costs for this excess use, and you agree to pay for such excess use in accordance with the payment terms in the Agreement. Payment for the invoiced amounts is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
