How to add funds to the bill payment account balance

The following article outlines how to add funds to the bill payment account to increase the balance.

This feature is only available to customers that have a Canadian or US bank account.


Steps:

  1. On the left-hand navigation bar, select the Accounts Payable tab.

  2. Below the Payment section, select Manage Payments.

  3. Select +Add Funds

  4. A pop-up window will appear with an Account Name, Account Number, and Routing Number. You can make an ACH, wire transfer, check or Electronic Fund Transfer(EFT) from your existing company bank account outside of Procurify to fund your Procurify bank account.

Canadian Payment Options: Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT)
US Payment Options: Wire transfer, ACH or Check.
