- QuickBooks Online Sync Bills Spinning Icon/Arrows
You will notice that in Procurify, the Bills are marked as Pending, and the sync icon will be spinning endlessly. You can verify by completing the steps listed below.
- Navigate to Accounts Payable → Manage Bills
- Click the Approved tab to see approved bills.
- Each Bill has a Sync Status where you can view if a Sync is complete.
If the Bills appear to be stuck in endless sync, please wait. The system will automatically re-attempt a sync periodically.
