Summary (TL;DR)
Transfer funds from your external bank account to the Procurify Financial Account to provide money for Spending Cards.
Prerequisites
Permissions: You must have Manage Financial Accounts or Superuser permissions.
Bank Account: You must hold a corporate bank account in the United States (USD), United Kingdom (GBP), or Canada (CAD).
Procedure: Adding Funds via Bank Transfer
1. Access Financial Details
On the left-hand navigation bar, select the Financial account tab.
Click the + Add Funds button located at the top right of the dashboard.
A pop-up window will appear containing your unique Procurify bank details, including Account Name, Account Number, and Routing/Sort/Transit Number.
2. Execute the Transfer
Log in to your company’s external banking portal and initiate a transfer using the details noted in Step 1. Ensure you select the correct transfer method based on your region:

3. Verification
Funds typically appear in your Financial Account balance within 1–3 business days, depending on the transfer method used. You will receive a notification once the balance has been updated.
Returning Funds to your Bank
If you need to move capital from your Procurify pool back to your external company bank account, you cannot do this manually. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a reversal.
Next Steps
Once the funds are visible in your balance, you can begin Approving Spending Card Fund Requests or assigning funds to Virtual Cards.
