How do I use Amazon PunchOut?
Once you've finished setting up Amazon PunchOut for your Procurify domain, review these articles for instructions.
I'm trying to set up Amazon PunchOut, but I don't see Integrations listed under Settings in Procurify
If you cannot see Integrations in the Settings section of Procurify, reach out to [email protected] with your Procurify domain name. We'll get you in touch with your account manager to enable Integrations.
I followed the steps, but I'm unable to use Amazon PunchOut
- You have configured your Amazon Business account for the purchasing system in Settings.
- You have added your Amazon account and group credentials in Procurify via Settings > Integrations > Amazon PunchOut.
- Confirm your user account has been granted access to use Amazon PunchOut in both Procurify and Amazon.
- Your Amazon Business account or Group may be in Test mode. Change "Test" to "Active" on your Amazon Business account.
I can use Amazon PunchOut with Procurify, but Amazon is not receiving my orders
If you're not getting order confirmation emails from Amazon, and you've attempted to troubleshoot with the above steps, you'll need to double check your order information.
Sometimes, special characters in Procurify usernames and shipping addresses will result in your Purchase Order being rejected by Amazon. Currently, Amazon has no way to alert you if this has happened.
Remove any special characters and attempt to re-submit your order to Amazon. If you're still unable to order, please contact [email protected] with your Procurify domain name and a description of your issue.
I entered my shipping information into Amazon, but it does not show up in Procurify
Shipping information for Amazon PunchOut orders is pulled from Procurify. Additional shipping addresses can be added in Procurify by going to Settings -> Manage Locations -> Location -> Edit.
