The following article outlines how to view the history of an Order, Travel, Expense, or Fund Request.
- Click Request from the left-hand navigational menu.
- Select Order, Travel, Expense, or Fund. The Order Status page will show all your orders, and the different tabs break down what status the order is in.
- Find and select the Request you want to check.
If you made a mistake, you can edit the order, by opening the Order Request and completing the following steps:
- Select the button
- Select the Edit Item pencil icon
Once it’s been approved, the order can no longer be changed. Only Requester and Approvers can edit the request. To see chronological updates related to your Order Items, review the Audit Log by scrolling to the bottom of the Order Request.
