TLS 1.0 and 1.1 Deprecation Update
TLS 1.0 and 1.1 Deprecation Update
Updated over 10 months ago

Goal:

  • TLS 1.0 and 1.1 deprecation update

Procurify will deactivate TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 encryption protocols enabled on all Procurify domains on August 1, 2022. These are outdated protocols that have known vulnerabilities and are considered insecure by several internet governing bodies and major web browser manufacturers. As part of ongoing efforts to modernize platforms and improve security and reliability, TLS 1.0 and 1.1 will be deprecated.

This change will have no effect on most end users. End-users accessing their domain via modern web browsers are unlikely to be impacted. Any users potentially impacted by the change will be developers using custom software/out-of-date libraries to access their domain/API. In which case, they will need to upgrade their code/libraries to ensure a TLS1.2 (or higher) is enabled.
