I want my item currency and base currency to match
Answer:
The currency total at the bottom of the order request will reflect the base currency. Line items may have different currencies selected.
If you want the currencies to match, update your base or item currency. Budgets will be calculated following the base currency calculation.
Steps: How to update your base currency
Navigate to Settings → Manage Currency Rates
Locate the active Currency you would like to be set as your base Currency, & click the
button
Click Set As A Base Currency
Steps: How to change the currency of items on a Pending request
Select the Approval tab → Request/Travels/Expense.
Find the request number and open it
Select the
button across the item you need to update and Edit
Change the currency as needed.
Select Save
