Major changes in your organization and/or budgets may result in the need to update multiple budget categories in Procurify. The recommended method for updating multiple budget categories is by exporting and importing CSV files. This reduces the time and effort required to update individual budget categories.
Steps:
Navigate to Settings → Manage Budget Categories
In the upper-right, click the Tools button
and select Export budget categories
In the next blank column, enter ACTION as the header
Make changes to the applicable rows. Please see How to import Budget Categories for acceptable formatting.
In the ACTION column, enter UPDATE for any rows that have been updated.
Save the file as a CSV.
In Procurify, Navigate Settings -> Manage Budget Categories
In the upper-right, click the Tools button
and select Import budget categories
You will see an import success message when Budget Categories have been successfully updated.
