If you are experiencing issues with the Procurify app, we suggest you try the following resolutions:

  • Make sure you are running the latest version of the app.

    • To do this, open the App or Google Play Store app on your phone and tap the profile icon to see apps with available updates.

  • If you're still experiencing issues, delete the app from your phone and reinstall it.

  • If using an Android device, you can clear the app's cache. How to Clear Android App Cache

  • Restart your Mobile device.
