If you are experiencing issues with the Procurify app, we suggest you try the following resolutions:
Make sure you are running the latest version of the app.
To do this, open the App or Google Play Store app on your phone and tap the profile icon to see apps with available updates.
If you're still experiencing issues, delete the app from your phone and reinstall it.
If using an Android device, you can clear the app's cache. How to Clear Android App Cache
Restart your Mobile device.
