What is Gertex?
Founded in 1958, Gertex is a Canadian design and product development company specializing in fashion, lifestyle, home, bath, and beauty care. They tell visual stories and create brand experiences by bringing ideas to life and providing reimagined perspectives.
Procurify PunchOuts integrate with your favorite supplier’s PunchOut catalog to streamline how you purchase from them. With Procurify PunchOuts, you can browse and place orders through a supplier’s website or custom PunchOut catalog. Once the request is approved, a purchase order is generated and items are automatically purchased.
What are the benefits?
Eliminate manual data entry with automatic data transfer between Procurify and supplier’s catalog
Streamline the procurement process with a centralized place to search, browse, compare and buy goods
Better user experience with purchasing that mimics consumer e-commerce experience (digital storefront)

How to choose the Bill-To Contact and Point of Contact
When you set up a Gertex PunchOut group, you choose who appears as the Bill-To Contact and the Point of Contact on PunchOut orders sent through that group.
How do I choose the Bill-To Contact for PunchOut orders sent through this group?
Option | Result |
Final Approver (default) | The final approver of the order request |
Requester | The user who submitted the order request |
A Specific User | Any individual user selected during group setup |
Accounts Payable | Uses "Accounts Payable" as the contact name, paired with the email on file for the order's Location. If the Location has no email set, the Final Approver's name and email are used instead. |
How do I choose the Point of Contact for PunchOut orders sent through this group?
Option | Result |
Final Approver (default) | The final approver of the order request |
Requester | The user who submitted the order request |
A Specific User | Any individual user selected during group setup |
What isn't changing: the Final Approver is still recorded as the Purchaser on the Purchase Order, and the Ship-To Contact stays as the Requester.
