How to create budget items without importing CSV?
We recently started implementing Budgets for the first time. I was wondering: Is there a way to add budgets to a Department without importing it via CSV? It looks like the only way right now to set up a budget for a department is via importing a CSV first and then you can edit it from there in Settings. Is that correct?
Also: Is there any way to add a budget for an account sub-code that wasn't originally included on the CSV? It looks to me like the Manage Budgets page only allows you to edit what is already there. You can't actually add new line items to a budget.
