- access the error resolution screen in Procurify and NetSuite
Viewing Error Logs in Procurify:
The following steps can only Superusers or users who have custom permissions access to Integration Settings.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Select NetSuite for Purchase Orders.
- Select View.
- Select Filters.
- From the Sync Status drop-down, select Error.
Viewing Error Logs in NetSuite:
- In NetSuite, from the top menu bar, hover over Procurify → Configurations → Error Resolution.
- For the NetSuite instructions, if the Procurify entry does not exist in your top menu bar, ensure it has not overflowed in the 3-dot menu. If it's not found there, contact your NetSuite administrator. This Knowledge Base article refers to how to add it for your user.
