Goal:
- Viewing NetSuite errors
- how to access the error resolution screen in Procurify and NetSuite
Error Logs in Procurify:
- On the left-hand navigation bar, in Procurify, select Settings.
- Select Integrations.
- Select NetSuite.
- Select View.
- Select Filters.
- From the Sync Status drop-down, select Error.
Error Logs in NetSuite:
- In NetSuite, hover your mouse over Navigation Procurify → Configurations → Error Resolution.
Additional Information:
- For the Procurify instructions, only Superusers or users who have access to Settings can complete these steps.
