- Approving an order from my email inbox
The following article outlines how to approve a Request via your email inbox. Please note that this feature must be enabled in your domain before the following steps can be completed. If you would like this feature enabled, please reach out to your Procurify representative.
Once an RFO has been submitted for approval, you'll receive an email with the subject line Order # requires your approval. Open the email.
- You'll see two options at the bottom of the email Approve or Deny. Review the Order, and select the corresponding option.
- If you wish to edit the Order before approval, you will need to open the Order in Procurify. If you wish to edit, select View Request in Procurify.
