  • The following article answers frequently asked questions about Document Storage in Procurify

 

How much document storage space does an account get? 

We don't limit storage space per client

 

Who retains control or ownership over documents?

Customers can download their files but Procurify operates the cloud resources where those files are stored. 

 

What happens to documents and attachments when a client leaves Procurify? 

As long as they remain a Procurify client with an active domain we retain their data indefinitely. If they leave Procurify we hold onto their data for 90 days. Meaning they would have 90 days to download or export anything needed in that time.

 

How can I mass download attachments for audits? 

We have supported customers downloading all their attachments in the past on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to your Procurify representative for more information.
