How to troubleshoot mobile

Goal:

  • Troubleshooting mobile phone 

 

Steps:

  1. Make sure you're running the latest version of the app. To do this, open the App or Google Play Store app on your phone and tap the profile icon. 
  2. If you're still experiencing issues, delete the app from your phone and reinstall it. 
  3. If using Android device you can clear the app's cache. How to Clear Android App Cache 
  4. Fully restart your Mobile device.
