- How does one view rejected items?
In order to complete the following steps, the user must have access to Settings → Exports.
- On the left-hand navigation bar, select SETTINGS.
- Under tools, select Export Data.
- Beside Order Items, select PREPARE CSV.
- Select the ORDER STATUS drop-down field and select Rejected.
- Select the DATE CREATED drop-down field and enter the date range.
- Select EXPORT CSV.
- Select DOWNLOAD CSV, when the CSV is ready.
