Goal:
- The following articles how to assign Bill Pay permissions to users within Procurify.
This feature is only available to customers that have a US bank account. Contact your Procurify representative if you would like this feature enabled in your account.
How to assign Bill Pay permissions:
- Select SETTINGS on the left-hand navigation bar
- Select Manage Users
- Locate the user in question, and click their name
- Select the Roles & Permissions tab at the top of the screen
- Select EDIT PERMISSIONS
- A pop-up window will appear, select the Settings tab.
- Select the arrow beside Finance.
- Select the box beside Manage Financial Account.
- Select APPLY to assign the role.
Viola, you've assigned Bill Pay permissions!
How to create a Bill Pay Role:
- Select SETTINGS on the left-hand navigation bar
- Select Manage Roles & Permissions
- Select the orange New Role button located at the top-right hand side of the screen
- Type a name in the ROLE NAME Field
- To assign Bill Pay permissions to this role, select the arrow beside Finance.
- Select the box beside Manage Financial Account.
- Add any other additional permissions
- Once the role is created, select ADD ROLE to create the role.
- To assign a user to this role, locate the newly created role, and select the ASSIGNED USERS button located to the right of the Role name.
Viola, you've created and assigned a Bill Pay role!
