How to enable custom PO numbering for automatic POs

Goal:

  • How to set up Custom Purchase Order numbering for the auto PO feature 

If you don't see this toggle in your account, you don't have Automatic POs enabled. 


Steps:

  1. In your Procurify account, select Settings on the left-hand navigation bar. 
  2. Select the Customize Purchase Order Form page. 
  3. Click the toggle to turn on the Use External PO number for Automatically generated POs

Additional Information:

  • If you don't see this toggle in your account, you don't have Automatic POs enabled.
