Can a request order be backdated?

Question:

  • How to enter an order request as historical data? 

 

Answer:

Any order request item entered will contain the current date. Order requests cannot be backdated and therefore will hit the current budget.

 

Additional Information:

  • If a Purchase Order is associated with a Bill, it cannot be backdated.
