How to unlock or lock a card as a cardholder in the web app 

1. On the left-hand navigation bar, select Spending Card and select Virtual Cards and Physical Cards. 

   

2. If it's a virtual card, select the card and select the three dots menu button, and select Lock card or Unlock card. If it's a physical card, select the unlock button, which is located beside the username card. 

   

3. Confirm the change

How to unlock or lock a card as a cardholder in the mobile app 

1. Select the Card button at the bottom of the screen. 
2. If it's an Active card, tap the card you wish to lock. If it's a locked card, select the Locked tab at the top of the screen and tap the card you wish to unlock.
3. Tap the lock or unlock icon located at the top right corner of the screen. 

How to unlock or lock a card as an administrator 

1. On the left-hand navigation bar, select Spending Card → Manage Cards.

   

2. Locate the user and correct card from the list.
3. Search for the user name, click the menu button ,and select Lock card or Unlock card.

   

4. Confirm the change
