- On the left-hand navigation bar, select Spending Card and select Virtual Cards and Physical Cards.
- If it's a virtual card, select the card and select the three dots menu button, and select Lock card or Unlock card. If it's a physical card, select the unlock button, which is located beside the username card.
- Confirm the change
How to unlock or lock a card as a cardholder in the mobile app
- Select the Card button at the bottom of the screen.
- If it's an Active card, tap the card you wish to lock. If it's a locked card, select the Locked tab at the top of the screen and tap the card you wish to unlock.
- Tap the lock or unlock icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
How to unlock or lock a card as an administrator
- On the left-hand navigation bar, select Spending Card → Manage Cards.
- Locate the user and correct card from the list.
- Search for the user name, click the menu button
,and select Lock card or Unlock card.
- Confirm the change
