QuickBooks Online Bills not syncing

Goal:

  • QuickBooks Online Sync Bills Spinning Icon/Arrows

You will notice that in Procurify, the Bills are marked as Pending, and the sync icon will be spinning endlessly. You can verify by completing the steps listed below. 


Steps:

  1. On the left-hand navigation bar, select the Accounts Payable tab and navigate to the Manage Bills page. 
  2. Click the Approved tab to see approved bills.
  3. Each Bill has a Sync Status and you will be able to see if they have completed the Sync or not. 

If the Bills appear to be stuck in endless sync then please wait. Right now, the system is designed in a way that if it detects syncs in progress within a set time frame. Then, an automatic retry will be attempted by the system.
