What happens if I disable a Request for Order Custom Field?

Question:

  • What happens if I remove a Custom Field? 
  • Do I lose data if I delete a custom field for a request? 

 

Answer:

If a Custom Field is disabled - all the values are saved in Procurify's database, but you will not be able to view the custom field and its values in the app. If you re-enable to the Custom Field, the Custom Field and its value will be visible again throughout the app, and you will be able to view the Custom Field data via the exporter.
