Why has a PO failed the sync to NetSuite due to custom field reasons?

Question:

  • Why has a Purchase Order not synced to NetSuite? 

 

Answer:

  1. This custom field option does not exist in NetSuite.
  2. This custom field option is not assigned under the allocated Purchase Order subsidiary within NetSuite.
  3. The custom field has not been successfully mapped between Procurify and NetSuite, please reach out to your Procurify representative.
  4. The custom field in Procurify or NetSuite has changed since mapping. Custom Fields should not be updated without first consulting your Procurify consultant. Any changes such as editing, adding, and or deleting custom fields or organizational categories may result in broken code, and mapping needing to be re-done.

  • Ensure that the user e-mail and password matches between the assigned NetSuite Superuser User Account used for sync in your Procurify domain and your NetSuite Procurify Bundle configuration.
