Procurify Technical Support can help with any bugs or errors, and your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is best equipped to guide you through changes to your account or training (how-to) related questions.
Email web forms are the best and fastest method of communication with the Technical Support Team because we can gather detailed information upfront regarding your inquiry, which allows us the opportunity to respond quickly and efficiently.
Email Web Forms: Scroll to the top of the current web page and select Contact Us at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Chat: Log into your Procurify account, select the question mark icon at the top right-hand side of the screen, and select Technical Support → LET'S GO.
