Goal:
- To include ABN or other Vendor information when emailing a Purchase Order (PO) to a Vendor, create a customizable Custom Field for POs. Follow the steps below to create a Custom Field. Once complete, go to the existing PO or create a new PO and add the Vendor information.
Answer:
- Click the SETTINGS tab
- Select Customize Purchase Order Form
- Select the orange + NEW CUSTOM FIELD button located at the top right-hand side of the screen
- In the LABEL CAPTION field type the name of the custom field and select ADD
You've created a Custom Field for Purchase Orders!
Tips!
- To delete the Custom Field, hold down the X button until the field has been successfully deleted
- You can create four Purchase Order Custom Fields
