Issue:
- The start date of a budget appears to be starting a day later
Cause:
The Procurify account has multiple locations in different time zones. In Procurify, the headquarters location determines the set time of the account and all other locations must adhere to that timezone. Therefore, if an organization's headquarters is located in New York (EST), and they have a second location in California (PST), there could be inconsistency on the start date of a particular budget at the California location. As the Eastern timezone location will be 00:00 and the corresponding California location will be 21:00 Pacific time on the previous day.
Resolution:
At the current time, there is no resolution for this issue. This issue is known by our Product team, and they are working to resolve this issue so that organizations can exist in multiple timezones without the budget start date being affected.
