At the current time, only Approvers that are assigned to specific Locations and Departments within the Approval Routing will be able to see the Budgets Overview within the Dashboard. They will be limited to see only the Budgets for the Departments/Locations they are set as Approvers for. To add a user to an Approval Group, view the steps listed below.
How to add a user to an Approval Group:
Go to SETTINGS
Select Manage Approval Routing.
Select either the Request, Bills or Payments tab on the left-hand side
Choose the applicable Approval Routing Group
Then, select the orange Add User to Group or Add Approver on the far right side of the page.
Select the Level, select the Approver, and enter a threshold if necessary.
Finally, select Add.
