Why do bills exports display limited data?

Question:

  • When I export data via Bills, are a few columns populating?
  • The Bills Export CSV is not detailed.  
  • Why is the Bill ID not visible? 

 

Answer:

All new Procurify accounts will automatically get the detailed Bill Export. However, clients with older accounts will have a basic version. If you'd like to update to a detailed custom format Bill export, contact your Customer Success Manager to activate this feature.  

 

Additional Information:

  • The basic export is ideal for clients who export data to Xero.
