- To review if Approval Delegation is turned on for a specific user (or a set of users within a specific routing group), complete the steps listed below.
- Go to SETTINGS → Manage Users
- Select the Delegation button available at the top right-hand side of the screen
You'll see the Approval Delegation History which includes
- when delegation was activated and deactivated including dates and times
- who actioned approval delegation and who it was actioned for
