When creating a Purchase Order (PO), adding additional costs to a PO is possible. These costs are visible at the bottom of the PO and are labelled as shipping, other, discount and taxes. Additional costs are not included in Budgets until the Accounts Payable stage when extra costs are added to a Bill and tied to an Account Code. Therefore, adding the additional costs to a PO has no impact on the Budget until the bill creation stage.
