Purchase Order line items not appearing in Reports

Issue:

  • Unable to see Purchase Order Line Items within the Reports module 
  • Permission issue

Due to customization, your interface text may differ. In this article, we are using the default labels Location and Department. Learn more here.


Cause:

  • User does not have Reports access to specific location and department 

Resolution:

1. Select Settings

2. Select Reports Access listed below Manage Access

3. Select the applicable Location or All from the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen

4. Select the departments from the list on the left

5. Type the user's name in the user Search User field

6. Select Add 

 

Additional Information:

  • Superuser must update permission setting
  • If the domain has Granular Permissions, users with access can produce Reports 
  • FAQ Reports
