The Procurify integration within your Amazon Business account is likely still in Test Mode.
After setting up your Amazon PunchOut integration, the system will be in test mode by default. This is to make sure that the sync between the two platforms is working. To switch to live, please do the following in your Amazon Business Account:
In your Amazon Business Account, go to Manage your Business.
Select Groups and choose the group you need.
Choose Procurify (left-hand side navigation).
Go to System Edit.
Finally, select Active.
If your Amazon Business account is already live but is still having issues with orders not being reflected in Amazon, please reach out to our Support team.
