- The resolution below assumes that Amazon PunchOut is already enabled for your domain. If it's still inactive to your domain, please have your Superuser contact your company's Success Manager to have the feature activated.

You are most likely not given Group Access within the Amazon PunchOut Integration settings in Procurify.
Reach out to your admin/superuser to get you added. See Setting up Amazon PunchOut in Procurify for instructions on how to grant access to another user.
