You may not be seeing all of the options within the Settings due to not being assigned with access to all settings in your Role or Permissions.
If you believe that you should have further access, we recommend that you reach out to your account admin to ask them to make the appropriate changes. However, if you have access to Manage Users within the Settings, you may be able to make these changes on your own.
