Due to customization, your interface text may differ. In this article, we are using the default labels Location and Department. Learn more here.
If the request is still pending, an Approver won't be able to change the Location and/or Department. However, once the request is approved you are able to make location, department or account code changes. To make these changes please see: How to change order details after approval
- Only users with access to Settings can perform the steps listed.
