Navigate to Procure > Product Catalog.
Select the button beside the Catalog Item you would like to make changes to.
Select "Edit Item".
Select the "Department tags" drop-down at the bottom of the window that appears.
Check the boxes beside the Locations/Departments you would like to give access to, or use the "Select All" option at the top to allows every department access to this Catalog Item.
Once finished, select the blue "Apply Departments" button.
Select the blue "Save Catalog Item" button to save your changes.
