Goal:
- Make account codes visible in Purchase Orders
Steps:

Adding Account Code fields in PO
a. Go to Settings → Customize Request for Order Form.
b. Select the orange New Custom Field button.
c. Enter the Field Name, toggle the switch if it's a mandatory field and select how you want
the Field Type to be.
d. Once done, still on the Settings page, select Customize Purchase Order Form.
e. Select the PO PDF Custom Fields, the last tab.
f. Choose if you want to display in the pdf file the custom field for Account Codes.
2. Creating a PO.
a. Upon selecting the items you wish to purchase, you will now see the Account Code
column along with the details of the request. This field will be populated upon submitting
the order.
Tips!
- The steps provided is the current option to make account codes appear in POs and require manual entry.
- Only users with access to Customizations role will be able to set this up. Otherwise, please reach out to your domain's superuser(s) for assistance. Our support team can also provide the name(s) of your superusers.
