This article refers to “Location” and “Department”. Your domain may have different labels due to custom organizational categories.
Cause 1: If you cannot access reports anymore, please try logging in and out first and clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
Cause 2: You don't have Reports Access.
- You haven't been assigned the Reports role for a specific location and/or department yet.
- Your Reports permission hasn't been assigned yet.
